Spacious and clean room. Breakfast spread is delicious & lots of choices. Just had to request a fridge since that day's room didn't have a fridge. Overall good hotel in Alor Setar 👍🏻

Overall pretty good. Just a few areas for improvement.
1. Insufficient lighting in the room. No ceiling downlight or wall lights for brighter environment
2. No proper working desk lighting to enable night working environment. This is a very fundamental mistake as service industry

Overall the room is dirty, I can’t walk on the carpet without slippers cause it’s very sticky, bathroom is dirty but the water very strong
Breakfast very normal
Bed is still ok, 200+rm for a night is not worthy.
